Deliciously crispy air fryer frozen okra, perfect as a side dish.
Ingredients

- 1 lb bag frozen okra (whole)
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- pinch of cayenne (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400F for 5 minutes.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the frozen okra, the olive oil, garlic, and black pepper. Stir well.
- Spread the okra in the bottom of the air fryer; it’s okay if the pieces overlap slightly, but for best results, do not stack the okra. You may need to cook in batches if you have a small air fryer.
- Set the cooking time to 15 minutes, flipping the air fryer frozen okra over after 8 minutes of cooking. Cook until roasted, lightly browned, and heated through; this may take longer than 15 minutes depending on your preference.
- Serve with your favorite air fryer dinner dishes and enjoy!
