- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

- 1 large egg white
- 1 tablespoon water
- 2 cups raw unsalted cashews
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, cinnamon, cayenne (if using), vanilla extract, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, beat the egg white and water until frothy.
- Fold the cashews into the egg white mixture, let drain for 5 minutes.
