Description
Delicious buffalo chicken wings cooked in a slow cooker and broiled for a crispy finish.
Ingredients

- 4 lbs chicken wings (fresh or frozen)
- 1 1/2 cups buffalo sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Place the chicken wings in the slow cooker.
- Combine the buffalo sauce, brown sugar, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper together in a small bowl.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken wings.
- Cover and cook the wings on low for 5-6 hours or cook on high for 2 hours.
- When finished, line a baking sheet with foil and place the chicken wings on the baking sheet.
- Preheat oven and broil for 5-10 minutes (flipping halfway) until they begin to brown.
- Serve immediately or place them back in the crock pot on the keep warm setting to serve them!
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add cayenne pepper to the sauce mixture.
- Make sure to adjust the cooking time based on the size of the chicken wings.
- These wings can be served with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing.
