Description

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Halve the avocados, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh. Slice each half into thin wedges (about a quarter-inch thick).
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the avocado slices with lemon juice, olive oil, sea salt, and garlic powder. Toss gently to coat.
  4. Arrange the avocado slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet without overlapping.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy around the edges. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning.
  6. Allow cooling slightly before serving.
