Description

Delicious roasted Brussels sprouts tossed with olive oil and topped with Parmesan cheese.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the Brussels sprouts and mix well.
  4. Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Roast for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!
