- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the Brussels sprouts and mix well.
- Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm and enjoy!

- For an extra kick, add red pepper flakes.
