Description
This delicious pasta salad features rotini or bowtie pasta, dill pickles, and a creamy dressing, perfect for summer gatherings.

- 12 oz pasta (rotini or bowtie)
- 1 cup dill pickles, diced
- ½ cup pickle juice
- ¾ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ cup cheddar cheese, cubed
- ¼ cup fresh dill, chopped
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, pickle juice, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Add cooled pasta, diced pickles, cheddar cheese, and fresh dill.
- Toss until evenly coated.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
Notes
- For added crunch, you can include diced red onion or bell pepper.
- This salad can be made a day ahead and stored in the refrigerator.
