A quick and delicious beef stir-fry with colorful vegetables.
Ingredients

- 1 lb flank steak
- 2 tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced (mixed colors)
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
Instructions
- Slice the flank steak against the grain into thin strips for tenderness.
- In a bowl, combine the sliced beef with soy sauce, garlic, brown sugar, and cornstarch. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add bell peppers and broccoli; stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until vibrant.
- Push vegetables aside and add marinated beef to the skillet. Cook until browned on all sides (about 5-7 minutes).
- Pour remaining marinade into the skillet with beef and vegetables; cook until slightly thickened (2-3 minutes).
- Serve over steamed rice or noodles, garnished with sliced green onions.
