- 3–4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 pound potato gnocchi
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, warm olive oil. Season chicken with salt and pepper; cook until golden brown on both sides (5-7 minutes per side). Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for about one minute until fragrant.
- Add chicken broth and heavy cream; sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Simmer until slightly thickened.
- Toss in gnocchi; stir gently until cooked through (about three minutes).
- Slice the cooked chicken and return it to the skillet. Mix well for one minute before serving, topped with grated Parmesan.
