Delicious and easy-to-make Miso Glazed Salmon paired with fluffy jasmine rice, topped with fresh green onions.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1 cup jasmine rice
  • 2 tbsp miso paste (yellow or white)
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil (toasted preferred)
  • 2 green onions (sliced thinly)
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Cook the jasmine rice according to package instructions. If using leftover rice, set aside.

  3. Marinate the salmon fillets in half of the marinade for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  5. Place the marinated salmon on the baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until flaky.
  6. To assemble, scoop rice into bowls, top with salmon, drizzle remaining marinade over everything, and garnish with sliced green onions.

Notes
