Instructions
- Prepare your strawberries by washing them thoroughly and chopping them into small pieces. Let them sit to release juice.
- Blend the chopped strawberries in a food processor until smooth but slightly chunky for texture.
- In a large bowl, cream the softened butter and powdered sugar using an electric mixer until light and fluffy (about 3-5 minutes).
- Gradually mix in the strawberry puree and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Add heavy cream and mix on low speed until incorporated. Adjust sweetness with extra powdered sugar if desired.

- This buttercream can be colored with a few drops of pink food coloring for a more vibrant appearance.
