- 2 ½ cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 can (10 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed (about 30 crackers)
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Combine crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter in a bowl until coated.
- Sprinkle the buttery cracker mixture evenly over the casserole.
- Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, until hot and bubbly and the topping is golden brown.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
Notes
- This casserole can be prepared ahead of time and refrigerated before baking.
