Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup cooked Italian sausage
  • 1/4 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup sliced onions
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out pizza dough into a rectangle.
  3. Spread marinara sauce evenly over the dough.
  4. Layer provolone cheese, pepperoni, sausage, bell peppers, and onions.
  5. Roll the dough tightly into a log, sealing the edges.
  6. Place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  7. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle Italian seasoning.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing.
