Description

A delicious crunchy treat made with Rice Chex cereal, white chocolate, and crushed Oreo cookies.


Ingredients

  • 6 cups Rice Chex cereal
  • 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • 15 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 1 to 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Measure Rice Chex cereal into a large mixing bowl and set aside.
  2. Crush Oreo cookies in a zip-top bag using a rolling pin or pulse in a food processor until fine.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until melted and smooth. Add vanilla extract if using.
  4. Pour the melted chocolate over the cereal and gently toss until evenly coated.
  5. Add the crushed Oreos and gently stir to combine.
  6. Transfer the mixture into a zip-top bag or container, add powdered sugar, seal, and shake until coated.
  7. Spread the mix on a parchment-lined baking sheet and let cool for 10–15 minutes before serving or storing.
