A delicious crunchy treat made with Rice Chex cereal, white chocolate, and crushed Oreo cookies.

- 6 cups Rice Chex cereal
- 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- 15 Oreo cookies, crushed
- 1 to 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
Instructions
- Measure Rice Chex cereal into a large mixing bowl and set aside.
- Crush Oreo cookies in a zip-top bag using a rolling pin or pulse in a food processor until fine.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until melted and smooth. Add vanilla extract if using.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the cereal and gently toss until evenly coated.
- Add the crushed Oreos and gently stir to combine.
- Transfer the mixture into a zip-top bag or container, add powdered sugar, seal, and shake until coated.
- Spread the mix on a parchment-lined baking sheet and let cool for 10–15 minutes before serving or storing.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
- Feel free to adjust the amount of crushed Oreos based on your preference.
