Ingredients

  • 28 oz shoestring French fries
  • 10 oz cream of mushroom soup
  • 10 oz cheddar cheese soup
  • 1/2 yellow onion, diced
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon pickle juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon dehydrated onions

Instructions

  1. Cook the Fries
    Cook French fries until crisp according to package directions. Set aside.
  2. Prepare the Beef
    Preheat oven to 350°F. Brown ground beef with onion until cooked. Add garlic and seasonings. Drain excess grease.
  3. Make the Base
    Stir cream of mushroom soup and cheddar soup into beef.
  4. Assemble
    Spread beef mixture in a greased 7×11 dish. Layer fries on top and sprinkle with cheese.
  5. Bake
    Bake 10–15 minutes until cheese melts.
  6. Mix the Sauce
    Whisk all burger sauce ingredients until smooth.
  7. Serve
    Drizzle sauce over casserole and serve warm.
