Description
A delicious and easy casserole made with shredded chicken, mixed vegetables, and tater tots.
Ingredients

- 3 cups shredded chicken
- 1 bag (12 oz) frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can (10 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can (10 oz) condensed cheddar cheese soup
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray a 9×13 casserole dish with nonstick spray.
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mixed vegetables, condensed soups, and ranch seasoning packet until thoroughly combined.
- Evenly spread the mixture into the prepared casserole dish.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese over top the chicken mixture.
- Arrange the frozen tater tots in an even layer, in rows, making sure they are snug but not stacked on top of each other.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until browned and bubbly on the sides.
- Remove the casserole from the oven and allow it to rest for 5-10 minutes before serving hot. Enjoy!
Notes
- For a spicier kick, consider adding diced jalapeños to the chicken mixture.
- This casserole can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
