Scale
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 chopped onion

- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Brown the ground beef with chopped onion in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes. Drain any extra fat.

- In a large bowl, combine sour cream, ricotta, cream cheese, and shredded Parmesan. Stir until smooth.
- Add the cooked noodles to the cheese mixture and toss gently until coated.
- Grease a 9×13 baking dish. Pour half of the noodle mixture into the dish, then half of the meat sauce. Repeat with remaining noodles and meat sauce.
- Top with shredded Colby Jack cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with dried parsley flakes.
