- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp ginger powder
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes per side.
- Pour teriyaki sauce over chicken and simmer for 3 minutes.
- Add pineapple chunks and cook for 2 more minutes.
- Serve chicken and pineapple over rice.
- Garnish with green onions.
