Description

This delicious teriyaki chicken with pineapple is a perfect combination of sweet and savory flavors.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken fillets
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes per side.
  3. Pour teriyaki sauce over chicken and simmer for 3 minutes.
  4. Add pineapple chunks and cook for 2 more minutes.
  5. Serve chicken and pineapple over rice.
