Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a baking pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat together the room temperature butter and cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
- Gradually add the sugar while mixing, then incorporate eggs one at a time.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour and baking powder; slowly mix into wet ingredients until just combined.
- Stir in vanilla extract until evenly distributed.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Notes
