Ingredients

- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the oats, peanut butter, honey, vanilla, and salt. Stir until fully incorporated.
- Gently fold in chocolate chips if desired.
- Spoon the mixture into a muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly in the tin before gently removing.
Notes
- For a lower sugar option, use sugar-free maple syrup.
- Optional chocolate chips can be omitted for a less sugary treat.
