Description

Wholesome and easy-to-make muffins that are perfect for a healthy snack or breakfast.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the oats, peanut butter, honey, vanilla, and salt. Stir until fully incorporated.
  3. Gently fold in chocolate chips if desired.
  4. Spoon the mixture into a muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool slightly in the tin before gently removing.

Notes

  • For a lower sugar option, use sugar-free maple syrup.
  • Optional chocolate chips can be omitted for a less sugary treat.
