Description
Delicious Cajun seasoned salmon fillets drizzled with a sweet honey butter sauce and garnished with fresh parsley.

- 4 (6 oz) fresh salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Lightly grease a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Generously season both sides of the salmon fillets with Cajun seasoning.
- In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and mix in honey and lemon juice until combined.
- Place seasoned salmon in the prepared baking dish and pour half of the honey butter mixture over them.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Drizzle remaining honey butter sauce over each fillet, garnish with parsley, and serve.

- This recipe can be served with rice or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
- Adjust the Cajun seasoning according to your spice preference.
