Ingredients

- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts or seeds (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the oats, peanut butter, honey, and protein powder.
- Mix thoroughly until well combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and nuts/seeds if desired.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a parchment-lined tray.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
- Enjoy as a quick snack!
