A delicious and easy casserole made with chicken, Ritz crackers, and creamy sauce.

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
- 0 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 0 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can (10 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 0 cup chicken broth
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Season both sides of chicken breasts with salt and pepper and arrange them in the baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together sour cream, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth until smooth.
- Pour the sauce evenly over the chicken breasts.
- In a separate bowl, mix crushed Ritz crackers, Parmesan cheese, and melted butter until evenly coated.
- Sprinkle the cracker mixture evenly over the chicken and sauce.
- Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, or until chicken reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Optional: Broil for 1–2 minutes for a golden crust.
- Let rest for 5 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
Notes
- This dish can be prepared ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking
- Feel free to substitute other types of crackers or add vegetables for extra flavor
